Washington, D.C.

Well, this is my last round of photos from my summer trip before I have to go back to regular blogging (it’s been so long). Anyways, our last stop on our little trip before we prepared ourselves for the long way home was Washington, D.C. We only spent the afternoon so we didn’t get to see much, but my sister and I had traveled there before, during which we also went inside the Smithsonian Castle and the National Museum of Natural History. Because of the heat, we opted to stay behind while my parents went to visit the Lincoln, Vietnam and Korean memorials, which we had also seen before. So, unfortunately, there are no photos of those!

I really love Washington, although I didn’t think much of it before I visited it for the first time. It’s a beautiful city, with so much to see, and I would love to go back to do a proper visit, where I can finally visit the National Museum of American History, the National Gallery of Art, as well as the National Crime Museum, and the International Museum of Espionage, among other things. It’s a fantastic city, especially for tourists!

After seeing Night at the Museum 2 (yeah, all my knowledge of America comes from SitComs and the Movies…) I really really want to go see the museums in Washington DC, they look amazing!
