Celebrity Crush: Matthew Gray Gubler

I’ve been watching a lot of Criminal Minds lately, and as a result I have become completely smitten with one of the characters and their cast member. Matthew Gray Gubler plays Dr. Spencer Reid, an FBI agent with an IQ of 187, an eidetic memory, and the ability to read up to 20 000 words per minute. Reid is pretty much a nerd in every sense of the word, and can’t seem to hold a conversation without firing off statistics or random facts that tend to aggravate those around him. However, he is also completely adorable and good-hearted, and often performs magic tricks to impress his colleagues. I was watching a video today that pretty much sums up his character:

Reid is my favorite character on the show, and it’s completely because of Matthew Gray Gubler’s performance. He has completely perfected the awkward handsome look and demeanor, and shines in every scene of the show that he is in. Not to mention that the man is incredibly handsome, which definitely helps with the adorable factor. Now, enough of my fangirl rambling, and onto the pictures!

Celebrity Crush: Dianna Agron

As promised, I’m about to post a mad pic spam of this absolutely amazing and gorgeous girl. Not only is Dianna beautiful, but she is also extremely sweet and kind, which she has shown over and over again in interviews as well as through her online outlets. Although I didn’t initially like Quinn when she was first presented as a character on Glee, I have grown to love her character, something which I am sure is due to Dianna’s enchanting influence and presence. I really hope that she continues to do more work, so that we can see as much of her as possible! She has a couple of movies lined up for the next year or so, and I’m sure she’ll do splendidly in them, as usual.

Celebrity Crush: Chris Colfer

I’m almost ashamed at how it’s been since I’ve posted on this blog, but my school work for my final few weeks of class was eating me alive. Thankfully, as of Tuesday of this week, I am officially a free woman for the next two-three months, and I couldn’t be more ecstatic about it.

I’ve been trying to figure out what I’m going to be doing this summer, which most likely includes some volunteer work and preparing like a maniac for my SATs and university applications. I’m also looking forward to doing some leisurely reading, as I’ve been too busy reading textbooks and course notes to be able to read for pleasure. I also want to take it easy and relax, since I know next semester is going to be extremely tough.

Anyways, I modified my blogging schedule a little bit, and I decided that every Thursday I’m going to try and do a “Celebrity Crush”, which is basically includes spotlighting a celebrity for this week. As I am currently in a Glee craze – especially after Tuesday night’s finale – I thought I’d cover none other than the magnificent Chris Colfer. He plays Kurt Hummel on the show, and he has such an amazing voice (Just look up the Rose’s Turn and Bad Romance covers). Not to mention that he is an absolute sweetheart in real life and in interviews. I absolutely love him, and he is probably one of the best actors on the show.

(If I’m still on this craze next week – which I probably will be – I’ll probably cover Dianna Agron, who is absolutely gorgeous.)

Celebrity Crush: Kaya Scodelario

Most of you might know Kaya from her role as Effy Stonem on Skins. If you do, you’ll know that this girl is both extremely talented and unbelievably gorgeous, both on-screen and off-screen. While watching Skins, I couldn’t help but develop a little bit of a girl-crush on her. She’s just so gorgeous and such a phenomenal actress! So, obviously, my newfound obsession over her has resulted in incessant picspam. Tolerate and enjoy!
